Crossword Mode
Finds words containing given letters ("w??d" - "word", "wood").
Enter a pattern. Use a question mark (?) or a dot (.) for unknown letters.
Find words
the pattern (explain)
"Find words Matching the pattern"
will only find words that have the same length as the pattern E.g. "w?rd"
will match "word" and "ward".
If you choose "Find words Beginning with the pattern",
then "w?rd" will also match "warden" and "wordplay".
With the "Find words Ending with the pattern" option,
"w?rd" will match "sword" and "reward".
Finally, if you select "Find words Containing the pattern"
and search for "w?rd", you will find "swordsman", "stewardess"
and many other w?rds :)
